HARTFORD, CT (November 10, 2015)…Murtha Cullina LLP is proud to announce that three of its litigation associates have been named 2015 ‘New Leaders in the Law’ by the Connecticut Law Tribune. Jennifer A. Corvo, Joseph B. Schwartz and Kristen L. Zaehringer were selected for this honor for their outstanding legal work, pro bono efforts and community involvement.
Ms. Corvo assists clients with labor and employment law matters, representing public and private employers in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She also represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board and assists them with labor issues, including elections, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitrations.
Mr. Schwartz practices in the areas of municipal and land use litigation, general commercial litigation and commercial foreclosure matters. He regularly represents municipalities, developers, businesses, and individuals in all phases of local land use approval and complex real estate litigation.
Ms. Zaehringer represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation, professional malpractice, labor and employment and local counsel services. She has obtained successful conclusions in matters involving claims of breach of contract, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices and violation of federal and state credit reporting law.
The Connecticut Law Tribune honored the 2015 “New Leaders in the Law” during an event on November 4, 2015 at the Bond Ballroom in downtown Hartford.
