Boston, MA (March 7, 2016)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Yelena Tsvaygenbaum as an Associate in the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. 

As a member of the Real Estate and Affordable Housing practice groups, Ms. Tsvaygenbaum represents commercial real estate owners and developers on real estate financing matters, including state and federal tax credits for rehabilitation, energy efficient developments and environmental remediation. 

Ms. Tsvaygenbaum is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York and she is a member of the Boston Bar Association.  She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.S. in Corporate Financing and Accounting from Bentley University.
