Boston, MA (December 29, 2016)… Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Jonathan M. Horne as an Associate in the Litigation Department.

As a member of the Murtha Cullina Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, Mr. Horne represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of the bankruptcy process. 

Mr Horne also represents clients’ interests in a wide range of commercial and business disputes, including D&O fiduciary litigation, complex contract and construction disputes in both state and federal court. 

In 2016, Mr. Horne was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. He is the Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association Complex Commercial Litigation Section and he is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. 

Mr. Horne earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wabash College.  He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
