Boston, MA (June 8, 2017)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Alyssa L. Aaskov and Paul D. Bekker to the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. Both Ms. Aaskov and Mr. Bekker will be members of the real estate, affordable housing and land use practice groups.
Ms. Aaskov represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development and finance with an emphasis on affordable housing and tax credit syndication. Ms. Aaskov received her B.S. from the University of Maine, Orono and her J.D. from the New England School of Law.
Mr. Bekker represents banking institutions, mortgage originators and servicers, trustees and investors in connection with consumer real estate loans, lender liability, residential foreclosure and other real estate matters. Mr. Bekker received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
The Real Estate Practice Group of Murtha Cullina encompasses all aspects of real estate development and finance, with emphasis on affordable housing, tax credit syndication, retail developments, leasing, office and business park developments, and assisted living and healthcare facilities.
