Stamford, CT (June 20, 2017)…Attorney Taruna Garg of Murtha Cullina LLP is a recipient of the 2017 “40 under 40” award from the Fairfield County Business Journal (FCBJ).
Each year, the FCBJ presents the “40 under 40” award to individuals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated leadership roles and who are part of Fairfield County’s business growth.
Ms. Garg is a commercial litigation attorney representing clients in all aspects of business litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Ms. Garg is a member of the Appellate Practice, Banking, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy Litigation, Business Litigation, Litigation, and Tort and Product Liability Practice Groups at Murtha Cullina. In 2012, she was named a “New Leader in the Law” by the Connecticut Law Tribune. In 2010, she was chosen as a Diversity Hero by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and in 2009, she was selected by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women as an Unsung Heroine. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
