Dana R. Bucin recently worked to secure the release of a Cuban National from ICE custody. Mr. Cabrera’s release comes after Ms. Bucin's extensive negotiations with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the preparation to file a habeas corpus petition in federal court. The Immigration Group collaborated with the American Civil Liberties Union (“ACLU”) Immigrant Protection Project (“IPP”) in helping Mr. Cabrera.
