Boston, MA (February 5, 2018)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Patricia A. DeAngelis as Counsel in the Business and Finance Department.
Ms. DeAngelis is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development and Construction Practice Groups. She represents clients in the areas of development, financing and construction of real estate projects. She has significant experience in construction contract negotiations. Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Ms. DeAngelis served as General Counsel and Board Secretary of the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency. She has also served as in-house counsel at Shawmut Design and Construction in Boston. Ms. DeAngelis also worked at Palmer and Dodge, LLP in the Real Estate and Airport Practice groups as Senior Counsel for eight years.
In 2017, Ms. DeAngelis was a Recipient of the Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly “Top Women in Law” award. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, cum laude.
