January 23, 2019 - Matthew C. Douglass Joins Litigation Department

Boston, MA (January 23, 2019)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Matthew C. Douglass as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Douglass represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters. His experience includes taking depositions, drafting subpoenas and conducting complex investigations.

As a former Enforcement Attorney with the Massachusetts Securities Division, Matthew investigated and filed complaints exposing multiple Ponzi schemes and executed an enforcement sweep of Massachusetts-based initial coin offerings (“ICOs”) and other virtual currency-based investment ventures.  He also has experience litigating civil fraud claims.

Mr. Douglass received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was Editor-In-Chief of the Boston University Law Review. He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University.
