STAMFORD, CT (November 12, 2019)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Stephen N. Kulhanek as an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Mr. Kulhanek represents clients from a variety of industries in all aspects of intellectual property law.  He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, particularly in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.  In addition, he provides support for services such as patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, opinions and litigation and he also has experience prosecuting trademark applications. 

Mr. Kulhanek received his B.S. in Physics from Fairfield University and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.  During law school, Stephen was the Associate Managing Editor for St. John's Law Review.
