STAMFORD, CT (December 17, 2020)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Prem Malali as a Partner in the Firm’s Regulatory Department and Energy, Environmental and Utilities Practice Group.

Mr. Malali represents developers, lenders, financial institutions and equity investors with regards to the development, construction, financing and transfer of numerous energy and other infrastructure projects with a particular focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.

In addition, Mr. Malali has represented buyers and sellers of infrastructure projects in the context of negotiated sales and competitive auctions, and served as lead counsel to the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Guarantee Program in connection with multi-million dollar high profile renewable energy projects.

Mr. Malali received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, his M.S. from Johns Hopkins University and his B.S. from Bangalore University.
