NEW HAVEN, CT (December 30, 2020)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Kristen L. Zaehringer has been named a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.
The Connecticut Bar Foundation James W. Cooper Fellows Program was established to honor the leading members of the legal community in Connecticut, to promote a better understanding of the legal profession and the judicial system, and to explore ways to improve the State’s administration of justice. Membership in the Fellows is by invitation only.
Ms. Zaehringer is a member of Murtha Cullina’s Litigation Department. She represents a diverse variety of corporate and individual clients in complex commercial cases, arbitrations, mediations, and before regulatory agencies. Her practice consists of business and contractual disputes, compliance and ethics, and employment law.
Ms. Zaehringer is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s (CBA) Judicial Subcommittee to the COVID-19 Task Force and is also Co-Chair of the CBA’s Federal Practice Section. She is also a member of the Federal Grievance Committee. She holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from George Washington University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
