Murtha Cullina is pleased to announce that Partner Jodie L. Driscoll has been named a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.

The Connecticut Bar Foundation James W. Cooper Fellows Program was established to honor the leading members of the legal community in Connecticut, to promote a better understanding of the legal profession and the judicial system, and to explore ways to improve the State’s administration of justice. Membership in the Fellows is by invitation only.

Ms. Driscoll is a member of the Business and Finance Department. She represents clients in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Banking, as well as Affordable Housing and Municipal Law. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development.

Ms. Driscoll is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Real Estate Finance Association. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from Providence College.
