Murtha Cullina has named Michelle Doran as its Chief Operating Officer.
As COO, Michelle will oversee the overall business, finance and operations of the firm working with other senior leaders to develop and implement firm strategy, which includes smart growth in the New England corridor. The COO will be a trusted advisor to attorneys and an advocate for firmwide initiatives, allowing them to continue to excel in client service, innovation, DE&I, and talent management. Michelle will be an ex-officio member of Murtha’s Executive Committee and will report to Managing Partner, Andy Corea.

Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Michelle was a Regional Director of Operations for an international AmLaw 100 firm, having led multiple offices across the US, London, and China.
