Supreme Court Expands Evidence Employees Can Use to Prove Employment Discrimination

In an 8-0 decision the United States Supreme Court, in Staub v. Proctor Hospital, allowed employees to prove discrimination by showing the bias of an employee who influenced, but did not make, the ultimate employment decision.
