Industrial Storm Water Discharges - Updated Plans and Registrations due June 1

The Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP") has posted new registration forms and related documents for renewing coverage under the new General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities ("GP"). Registrations are due on June 1, 2011.
