Overview of new National Labor Relations Board Rule requiring private sector employers to post a notice informing individuals of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.  Also includes overview of new Connecticut regulations affecting employers in the state, including:

  • The New Sick Leave Law, effective January 1, 2012
  • Gender-Identity Discrimination Protection, effective October 1, 2011
  • Credit Checks Limited, effective October 1, 2011
