Ashley S. Whyman


Ashley Whyman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group.

In her litigation practice, Ashley represents clients’ interests in a wide range of commercial and business disputes. In her bankruptcy practice, Ashley is involved in disputes, reorganizations and workouts. She represents the firm’s Chapter 7 panel trustees on a variety of contested matters, creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy matters and Chapter 11 debtors.

Ashley has tried bench cases to verdict in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and has argued before the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
