Deirdre D. Foley

Deirdre D. Foley, an associate, has experience handling all aspects of litigation, from onset to resolution.  She strives to achieve successful and efficient results on behalf of her clients.  

Deirdre handles construction, product liability, professional liability, insurance law and insurance coverage matters for clients. She is also well-versed on auto dealership matters.  With extensive bench and jury trial experience, she advises clients on matters related to material defects, design flaws, contractor and subcontractor disputes, insurance coverage, recovery of funds and allegations of breach of contract and negligence.

Deirdre has proven herself to be a successful and bold legal advocate who regularly offers clients practical and reasonable solutions, but she can also take a zealous approach when circumstances require it.  

When not practicing law, Deirdre enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Seamus and Lola. She also enjoys yoga, cooking, and philosophy.
