Deirdre M. Robinson


A member of the Firm’s Business and Finance Department and Chair of the Real Estate and Affordable Housing practice groups, Deirdre Robinson represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development and finance with an emphasis on affordable housing and tax credit syndication.

Deirdre counsels both for-profit and non-profit organizations, financial institutions and quasi-public agencies on complex mixed-use, multi-family housing and assisted living projects that involve the use of tax-exempt bond financing, Federal (HUD) and State loans from a variety of programs, Federal and State Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Brownfields Credits and Renewable Energy Credits. She also represents commercial lenders in connection with closings, debt-restructuring and foreclosures.

With extensive experience closing multi-tiered, multi-phased complex transactions, Deirdre is able to counsel clients through a challenging process. She is committed to working with her clients on addressing the ongoing needs for high quality affordable housing and development.
