Derek A. Rodman

Derek A. Rodman is a member of the Business and Finance Department. He practices in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, affordable housing and business and finance.

Derek has experience in commercial real estate transactions, including title, zoning, and lease review. He represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations across all commercial real estate asset classes.

Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Derek appeared before municipal boards on behalf of property owners seeking various forms of zoning relief. He also drafted zoning opinions for commercial properties, residential developments, and market rate and 40B subdivisions.
