Jennifer A. Corvo


As a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, Jennifer Corvo assists clients with labor and employment law matters and ERISA litigation. She represents public and private employers in Massachusetts and Connecticut before federal and state courts and administrative bodies. Jennifer also represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board and assists them with labor issues including elections, unfair labor practice charges, and arbitrations. Jennifer also handles a variety of ERISA matters including litigating employee benefit and withdrawal liability claims, as well as advising clients on compliance issues for pension and welfare benefit plans under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and the Affordable Care Act. Her experience also includes representation of corporations in government and internal investigations.

Jennifer is a graduate of Yale University and received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she worked as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing program and served as a team leader for the Boston Medical Center/Domestic Violence Institute volunteer program. In addition, she is a graduate of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)-certified discrimination prevention courses Responding to Reasonable Accommodation Requests and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace. Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Jennifer worked at Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, Massachusetts and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jennifer C. Boal, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts.
