Jennifer M. Egan


Jennifer M. Egan represents organizations in obtaining financing through various HUD programs, including Section 202, Section 232, LEAN Program, Interest Rate Reduction Program, and the Green Retro-fit Program, among others. She has worked closely on these transactions and is very familiar with various HUD-insured lenders and their counsel and the internal HUD counsel in Connecticut. Jennifer also has experience in public financing and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds in her representation of hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, schools, underwriters, trustees and banks and working closely with bond counsel and various state agencies. In addition, Jennifer represents non-profit organizations, borrowers, lenders, developers and other real estate professionals in all aspects of commercial transactions, including financing, real estate acquisition, asset based and specialized financing.
