Linda Pepe


Linda Pepe is Director of Business Development, where she oversees and directs the Firm's marketing and business development initiatives. She is responsible for communications & public relations, as well as all branding, social media, website, advertising and client development activities. Additionally, Linda spearheads the Firm’s results-oriented content marketing/thought leadership strategy.

Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Linda was Director of Marketing at an AmLaw 100 firm where she launched a new brand and website, created their social media presence and developed the marketing analytics program. Previously she was Creative Director at one of the country’s largest law firms, building a team from the ground up and creating and implementing the firm’s visual brand. She began her career in the advertising and design industries, and as Senior Art Director at one of the top agencies in New England learned the importance of response rates and analytics early on, leading to her focus on results-driven marketing.

Linda has been a frequent speaker on social media and content marketing at conferences around the country. She and her teams have won more than 40 awards for results and creativity, and she was recognized by the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly with the 2013 "Excellence in the Law: Excellence in Marketing Award."
