Matthew C. Douglass


Matthew C. Douglass is a member of the Litigation Department.  He represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters. 

Matthew's experience includes taking depositions, drafting subpoenas and conducting complex investigations.

As a former Enforcement Attorney with the Massachusetts Securities Division, Matthew investigated and filed complaints exposing multiple Ponzi schemes and executed an enforcement sweep of Massachusetts-based initial coin offerings (“ICOs”) and other virtual currency-based investment ventures.  He also has experience litigating civil fraud claims. 

Matthew received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was Editor-In-Chief of the Boston University Law Review. He received his B.A. from Wesleyan University.
