Matthew Ray

Matthew Ray, a partner, is a member of the Business and Finance Department and Real Estate Practice Group.  Matt represents both financial institutions and commercial borrowers in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of middle-market C&I, asset-based and commercial real estate credit facilities.

In addition to his lending practice, Matt has a general commercial real estate practice representing sponsors and developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and development of commercial properties as well as the representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements pertaining to all types of commercial properties including office, flex, retail, restaurant and warehouse space. 

Matt is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and the New England Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.

Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College and received both his M.B.A. and J.D. from Suffolk University
