Michael R. Orce
Michael Orce is the Firm’s Executive Director, responsible for the overall finances and operations of the business. He provides leadership to the administrative Management Team in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Conflicts and Records, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Development and Marketing, and Library Services.
Michael is an ex-officio member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, and works closely with its Chair to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the Firm. He works to further enhance financial performance, and measure trends and projections. He also analyzes operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Prior to Murtha Cullina, Michael was the Global Director of Operations for an AmLaw 100 firm for over 20 years, where he worked with its leadership to execute the Firm’s strategic goals and objectives. He began the first 7 years of his career in the law department of a global insurance company. He also spent time consulting for solo practitioners in the startup of their private law offices.
