Michelle Doran

Michelle Doran is the Chief Operating Officer of Murtha Cullina LLP. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Firm, providing leadership in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Development and Marketing, Conflicts and Records and Office Services. 

Michelle is a trusted advisor to attorneys and an advocate for firm wide initiatives that benefit quality of service, work product and client experiences.

Michelle is an ex-officio member of Murtha’s Executive Committee, and works closely with the Managing Partner to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the Firm.  

Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Michelle was the Regional Director of Operations for an international AmLaw 100 firm, leading multiple offices in the United States and China.
