Monica P. Snyder


Ms. Snyder is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and Labor and Employment and Construction Law Practice Groups. She represents clients on commercial litigation, employment, construction, and bankruptcy matters.  Ms. Snyder has been involved in several complex commercial litigation matters since her arrival at Murtha Cullina in 2011.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Snyder served as a criminal defense attorney representing adults and juveniles at the Boston Municipal Court and the Boston Juvenile Court pursuant to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Certification. She represented a wide array of clients in motion hearings, arraignments, plea negotiations and trials. Ms. Snyder also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Snyder received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member and a Note Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law, as well as the Secretary of the Finance and Real Estate Club. She graduated cum laude from Amherst College.

Overview
