Olga L. Gordon, a partner at Murtha Cullina, focuses on commercial litigation and contract disputes, representing individuals as well as a range of small to mid-size businesses.

Olga also practices in the area of bankruptcy, representing corporate and individual debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. She also represents creditor committees and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy. Olga serves as a Panel Trustee for the District of New Hampshire.

Olga has written and lectured on bankruptcy issues. She co-authored a chapter titled "Representing Clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court" in MCLE’s Basic Practice Manual and a chapter titled "Bankruptcy Issues Relating to Mortgages and Foreclosures" in MCLE’s Massachusetts Mortgages, Foreclosures and Workouts.
