Prem Malali is a Partner in the Murtha Cullina Energy Practice Group.

Prem represents developers, lenders, financial institutions and equity investors with regards to the development, construction, financing and transfer of numerous energy and other infrastructure projects with a particular focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.

In addition, Prem has represented buyers and sellers of infrastructure projects in the context of negotiated sales and competitive auctions, and served as lead counsel to the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Guarantee Program in connection with multi-million dollar high profile renewable energy projects.

Prem has also negotiated several big ticket equipment procurement FIDIC contracts for Ports America for nearly ten years.
