Richard A. Marone
Richard A. Marone, a partner, is a widely recognized by clients and legal peers for his trust and estates counsel.

Skilled in handling sophisticated issues, understanding family dynamics and resolving contentious disagreements, he has helped high net worth families integrate estate planning with business succession planning, and develop complex, multilayered trust and estate strategies. By carefully listening to his clients’ goals and concerns, he crafts creative, nuanced solutions to complicated problems that are both holistic and practical.
Outside the office, Richard is active in the community. He formerly served as director of the Connecticut Farmland Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the state’s working farmlands. He enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing flyfishing, cycling, photography, guitar and choral music.
