Robert V. Giunta, Jr.
Robert Giunta has extensive experience in the representation of organizations in project development and capital formation matters. He regularly counsels clients on all manner of issues which arise in the context of loan transactions and business or capital expansions and acquisitions, including joint venture participation and contractual affiliations. Robert is a member of Murtha’s Long-Term Care, Health Care, Commercial Finance & Lending and Public Finance Groups. Robert is a former Chairman of the Elderly Housing Committee of the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) and a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, American Health Lawyers Association, LeadingAge, and the ABA Forum Committee on Affordable Housing. He represents clients in the health care and housing industries as well as lending institutions in real estate, asset based and specialized financing. Robert has lectured on a variety of real estate, financing, healthcare and housing topics.
