Samantha L. Kopf


Samantha Kopf is an associate at Murtha Cullina in the Trusts and Estates Department. 

Samantha has experience developing, drafting and implementing Wills, Revocable Trusts and other sophisticated estate planning documents, including complex Irrevocable Trusts, for a wide range of clients including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She also has experience with estate and trust administration.  

Before joining Murtha Cullina, Samantha served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz and The Honorable Wendy A. Kinsella of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of New York. Samantha also clerked for the judges of the State of Connecticut Superior Court. Samantha received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Pace University School of Law. While in law school, Samantha interned in the chambers of The Honorable Kenneth M. Karas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and also served as a Case Note and Comment Editor for Pace Law Review. Samantha received her B.A. in economics from Barnard College. She is currently pursuing an advanced professional certificate in taxation (estate planning) from New York University School of Law.
