Sergio E. Marin
Sergio E. Marin is an Associate in the Business and Finance Department. He represents clients in in the area of general corporate law.
Sergio’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, and licensing and commercial agreements. He also has experience with tax and private investment funds.
Sergio received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut Law School where he was the Notes and Comments Editor for Volume 50 of the Connecticut Law Review and also received a certificate in taxation. He received his B.S.in Business Administration with a Finance focus from Bryant University.
