Spencer A. Stone


Spencer Stone is a member of the Business and Finance Department of Murtha Cullina LLP. He is also a member of the Firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Affordable Housing Practice Groups.

Spencer counsels and represents clients in connection with a wide array of real estate, lending, corporate and other commercial transactions. His experience includes representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and asset based financing. He also has significant experience in real estate development, purchases and sales, and other corporate and commercial transactions.  Spencer also represents clients in office and retail leasing transactions.

In 2016, Spencer was a recipient of the New Leaders in the Law Award from the Connecticut Law Tribune. He has also been recognized as a New England SuperLawyers Rising Star from 2013 through 2017.
