Stephen N. Kulhanek is an associate at Murtha Cullina in the Corporate and Intellectual Property practices.

Stephen represents clients from a variety of industries in all aspects of intellectual property law.  Stephen has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, particularly in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.  In addition, Stephen provides support for services such as patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, opinions and litigation.  He also has experience prosecuting trademark applications.  

Stephen lives in Connecticut with his wife, two kids and dog.  Stephen is a fitness enthusiast, focusing on CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.  Stephen is also a licensed private pilot.
