Tracy Ellis Williams


Ms. Williams represents national and regional companies, smaller businesses and individual clients on litigation and arbitration matters in the state and federal courts in Connecticut and New York and before self-regulatory organizations with a focus on complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Ms. Williams handles contract disputes and fraud claims as well as matters of unfair trade practices, unfair competition, employment discrimination, securities, intellectual property, product’s liability, insurance coverage, healthcare and legal malpractice defense.

Ms. Williams received her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law, with a concentration in International Law. She was a member of the Pace International Law Review, and served as editor of the Review of the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

Actively involved in the community, Ms. Williams is on the Board of Trustees of the Little School/Kids' B.A.S.E. in Scarsdale, New York.  She also volunteers for both the March of Dimes in Westchester, New York and for Lawyers for Children America.

Overview
