Willard F. Pinney, Jr.

Willard Pinney is of counsel at the firm and is a member of the firm’s corporate law practice.

He has more than 40 years of experience representing both public and private companies in the areas of corporate and securities law. Willard has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, contracts, private equity transactions and general company representation. He formerly served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Group. Willard is a past chair of the firm’s Corporate Department and Executive Committee.
