William F. Fitzgerald

William F. Fitzgerald focuses his practice on entertainment and sports law and provides transactional and litigation services to the entertainment and sports industries.

Bill represents local, national and international clients ranging from professional athletes, artists and industry executives to a premier public relations company. He is an experienced litigator representing clients in matters involving right of publicity, right of privacy, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary obligations, and court confirmation of minor’s contracts. He also handles transactional matters such as negotiating deals with fashion, publishing, film and television companies, modeling agencies, professional sports teams as well as industry executives’ employment contracts.

Bill received his J.D. from City University of New York School of Law and his B.A. from Bethany College. Bill also attended Stockholms Universitet Faculty of Law and Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
