Yelena Tsvaygenbaum


Yelena Tsvaygenbaum is a member of the Business and Finance Department and the Real Estate and Affordable Housing Practice Groups. She represents commercial real estate owners and developers on real estate financing matters, including state and federal tax credits for rehabilitation, energy efficient developments and environmental remediation. She has experience with business and commercial real estate matters, including Brownfield’s development, commercial leasing, private equity transactions, and all aspects of contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Yelena received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. She received her B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
