Zachary J. Gregoricus is an associate at Murtha Cullina and is a member of the firm's Litigation practice. He represents clients on complex civil litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Zachary has extensive experience counseling clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.  In his bankruptcy practice, Zachary represents secured and unsecured creditors and trustees in a variety of adversary proceedings and contested matters, including fraudulent and preferential transfer, turnover, and discharge and non-dischargeability litigation.

In his litigation practice, Zachary represents clients in a wide variety of business and commercial matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, shareholder/director litigation, real estate and landlord-tenant matters, recovery and collection actions, and insurance coverage disputes. Zachary has also represented financial institutions in actions alleging insurance fraud and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
