Ben C. White, counsel at Murtha Cullina, represents clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution, investigation, litigation and trademark counseling. He counsels companies of all sizes in protecting and monetizing their intellectual property.

Ben has a physics background that allows him to work in a variety of technical fields and product categories.  Ben also has experience in all stages of patent procurement, from drafting patent applications to directing and arguing appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, Ben practices in all stages of litigation in the federal courts.

Prior to his legal career, Ben worked at Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon on radar and radar suppression technology. 

Ben and his wife have a son and daughter and a pet parrot. In his spare time, Ben enjoys racing RS Aero sailboats.
