Eric J. Gyllenborg is a partner in the Business Law practice where he provides a broad range of corporate legal services. His practice focuses on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, insurance agent and broker business and transactions, commercial lending, private securities offerings, private equity, venture capital, employment and intellectual property law.

Eric provides counsel to corporate clients on a wide array of business and finance matters such as formation of entities, capital raising and advising start-ups. He works with clients on the drafting of shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements and independent contractor agreements.

Eric assists with corporate governance, shareholder disputes, leases, dissolutions, business succession planning and outside general counsel matters for corporate, institutional and privately-owned enterprises in a broad base of industries throughout the United States.  

Eric also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with sophisticated financial transactions, including commercial and industrial loans, asset-based loans, term loans, commercial lines of credit, revolving credit facilities, working capital loans, construction loans, mortgage warehouse credit facilities and securitized loans as well as inter-creditor arrangements. 

Additionally, he represents nonprofit entities with formation, obtaining tax-exempt status, fundraising compliance, mergers and acquisitions and dissolutions.
