Matthew A. Pesce is an associate in Murtha Cullina's Litigation practice. As an experienced litigator, Matthew advises clients through all stages of litigation and works closely with them to achieve optimal outcomes by advancing insightful solutions to sophisticated legal issues.

Matthew represents clients with complex financial and litigation needs in both federal and state court in a diverse array of industries including health care, construction, retail and hospitality. Matthew's practice centers on commercial litigation matters, including unfair trade practices (CUTPA), business torts, breach of contract actions, debtor/creditor litigation, workouts and bankruptcy litigation. Before joining Murtha Cullina, Matthew represented clients in a variety of complex commercial and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court, as well as federal and state appellate matters.

Matthew lives in Norwalk, Connecticut with his wife and daughter and their two dogs. Outside of his practice, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing and taking part in a variety of other outdoor activities.
