Matthew Ray is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate practices at Murtha Cullina. Matt represents both financial institutions and commercial borrowers in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of middle-market C&I, asset-based and commercial real estate credit facilities.
In addition to his lending practice, Matt has a general commercial real estate practice representing sponsors and developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and development of commercial properties as well as the representation of both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements pertaining to all types of commercial properties including office, flex, retail, restaurant and warehouse space.
