Shruthi Khetan is a law clerk in the Immigration practice where she assists attorneys with H1B specialty occupation and L-1 intracompany visas as well as the E-2 Treaty Investor Visa and the EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-1C and EB-2 Green Cards.
Shruthi has experience in both immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including Affirmative and Defensive Asylum, I-130, I-140, H-4, R-1, F-1/F-2, B1/B2, TN and E-3. She has also helped clients with adjustment of status as well as consular processing, change of status, removal of conditions and naturalization.
