Tatyana Voloshchuk is a partner in the firm's Business Law and Intellectual Property (IP) practices.

With more than 16 years of experience, Tatyana assists clients with procuring, protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She works with a wide variety of clients, from solo inventors and start-ups to large multinational corporations.

Her practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, and she has extensive experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. Tatyana also advises clients with regard to due diligence matters including intellectual property clearance, licensing and acquisition. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patents in a variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, laundry and home care, hair care, medical devices and instruments, packaging, green technology and consumer products. She also has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign design patents.

Tatyana has represented clients in numerous patent, trademark and copyright matters through every stage of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal. She has been a member of litigation teams in state and district courts throughout the country, as well as the International Trade Commission. Tatyana is also regularly involved in trademark opposition and cancelation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). 

Outside of her legal work, Tatyana is an accomplished fiber artist. Her works are displayed in corporate and private collections throughout the world.
