Willard F. Pinney, Jr. is of counsel at Murtha Cullina and is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice.

He has more than 40 years of experience representing both public and private companies in the areas of corporate and securities law. Willard has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, contracts, private equity transactions and general company representation.

Willard formerly served as co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity practice. He is a past chair of the firm’s Corporate practice and Executive Committee.
