Murtha Cullina’s Real Estate Practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development and finance, with emphasis on retail developments, leasing (from both landlord and tenant perspectives), housing (including both market rate and affordable), tax credit syndication (including federal and state low income housing tax credits, federal and state historic tax credits, Brownfields credits and renewable energy credits), office and business park developments, and assisted living and healthcare facilities.
We represent developers, tenants and investors in all kinds of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, investment funds (both onshore and offshore), common interest communities, land acquisition and assembly, zoning, land use and environmental permitting, financing, construction, property management and conservation.
By working closely with other departments within the firm, we ensure appropriate levels of interdisciplinary experience (e.g., Environmental, Tax, Commercial Financing and Bankruptcy, Estate Planning) are available as necessary. We pride ourselves on completing complex transactions on time and in a manner consistent with our clients’ objectives.
