Murtha Cullina attorney Karen J. Kepler will be among the speakers to provide an overview of how affordable housing construction and preservation projects are structured and financed. The financing can be quite specialized and complex, with sources of funds coming from both equity (i.e. tax credit investments) and debt sources. The program will describe the legal requirements and practical use of these sources, as well as the current climate and availability of them.
